Movement is the answer

movimentoSadness, anguish, worries, fear. There are some kinds of suffering so intense that, although they don’t imply on physical pain, seem to have a numbing, lethargic effect. Everything the person wants is to stay still, inert, and wait for the end of that probation.

Certainly there are some problems which solution does not depend on us and there is nothing for us to do besides waiting. But we must not mistake waiting with inertia.

Let’s observe the planet and the universe we live in. Science teaches us that the Earth is constantly moving and the universe is on permanent expansion. Each one of us is a part of this world. Anguish, sadness, worries, constant anxiety? Movement is the answer. It materializes itself through work, studies, physical and mental renewal. It’s through movement that we build wellness and enhance our lives and the lives of others.

The movement of the mind is good for the body. The movement of the body is good for the mind. And both moving together towards building useful things generate material and spiritual progress, bringing health and peace to all the areas of the living being.

Waiting for the situation to get better? Try the productive wait.

Thanks for your company! See you soon, Lord willing,
