Love Story

By Euzébia Noleto , January 30, 2009 1:00 am

Artur Gonçalves de Sales

Ask the oyster attached to the bare rock in which:

- "Help me, Lord! Larva'm sad and ugly! ... "

In this, the diver tread the sand sheets,

What fulminic Titan, the deep green and mauve.

Think, delighted the poor: - "This is someone who saves me ..."

The man, however, attacks and miserable flop.

Then suffer, at the surface, the knife that strikes,

It hurts, insults, taunts and Lanham, valve to valve.

But instead of outrage, the helpless victim

Offer him when falling trophy for beauty,

The pearl that shines between the harpoons and flasks ...

This is the story of the love that hollyhock, sublime;

Inda even to bleed under the crime of libel,

Kiss and enriches the hands of their own executioners.

The Mutual Aid

By Euzébia Noleto , January 29, 2009 1:00 am

Lucio Neio

Faced with the guys, Andrew expressive passage from Isaiah read and talked, moved, as the needs of salvation.

Matthew commented on the less pleasant aspects of work and opined that Philip is always very difficult to meet the actual situation, when we consecrate ourselves to help others.

Jesus heard the apostles in silence, and when the discussions around, weakened, commented, very simple:

                        - In the mountainous area, through the wilderness, walked two old friends, both sick, each to defend themselves, as possible against the blows cold air when they were surprised by a child half-dead on the road, at the whim of the wind winter.

One fixes the singular finding and cried, cranky: - "Do not lose time. The time requires careful with myself. Let us go forward. "

The other, however, most pious, considered:

                        - "Friend, let us save the little guy. It is our brother in humanity. "

                        - "I can not - said the fellow, hardened - I feel tired and sick. This would be an unbearable weight unknown. We have cold and storm. We must earn the nearby village with no loss of minutes. "

                        And moved forward in strides.

The voyager a good feeling, however, leaned toward the boy stretched, took a few minutes pasting paternally to his chest and hugging him even more, he marched forward, albeit less rapidly.

A cold rain fell. Methodical by into the night, but he SOBRAC the valuable load, after much time has reached the inn in the village he sought.   With huge surprise, however, found there the colleague who preceded them. Only the next day, after thorough search, was the unfortunate traveler found dead in an attic of flooded road.

Following the hustle and alone with the selfish idea of preserving himself, could not resist the cold wave that had become violent and fell drenched, no resources with which to cope with the freezing, while the partner, receiving in return, gentle warmth of the child that held together the heart itself, overcame the obstacles of the frigid night, keeping themselves harmless from similar disaster. Discovered the sublimity of mutual assistance ... Helping the abandoned child, had helped himself. Advancing sacrifice to be helpful to others, managed to overcome the drawbacks of the path, reaching the reciprocal blessings of salvation.

The simple story left the disciples surprised and touched.

Transpired tender admiration in his eyes moist from humble women who accompanied the meeting, while the men looked at each other, amazed.

It was then that Jesus, after a short silence, he concluded dramatically:

                        - The most eloquent and accurate witness of one man, before the Supreme Father, are their own works. Those who are admitted him our support. The heart that helped him convert will be now or later on appeal in our favor. Nobody doubts. One man alone is simply an adornment to live alone, but that they cooperate for the benefit of others is a creditor of the aid policy. Helping, we will be helped. Giving, we receive: this is the Divine Law.

Night Rain

By Euzébia Noleto , January 28, 2009 1:00 am

Celso Martins

The storm raging over the city collapsed. The downpour was so intense that soon flooded the streets for several quarters, while thunder roared into the night deaf torn by lightning frightening. As these occasions, the power failed and the houses were plunged into deeper darkness.

                        - You go to the center today, Dad? - Asked the girl for seven years.

The father, middle-age, gray hairs, face somewhat tired, city official who attended, as a mere assistant, for years, determined Spiritist, he directed his gaze to his wife, with whom he dined in the light of a crude oil lamp , lit his emergency, as if to ask him the best answer too. And before that he would meet his daughter, the woman spoke up and said quietly:

                        - Well, my angel, it is clear that Dad goes to the center today, yeah ... Did he leave to go to work simply because of falling rain stronger?

Encouraged by the support of his wife, he rose from the table, prepared mild, and after kissing his partner and the girl faced the fury of the storm. How was closely followed on foot. It would not have money for taxi would not be waiting for a bus, of course, cost a lot going on. And along the way, protected by a plastic hood and an umbrella through ruptured, was thinking to himself: Gee! Because I am stubborn! Well it could stay home and go to sleep early. Tomorrow is Sunday and if the rain stops, I will go to a picnic with my class. Gather me to bed earlier would be the best they could do. I've been so tired lately. Some back pain.   Must be something in the column. Or the same age. Dunno. But no. I will. Of course few people will and the session will end soon.

And, even though it did exist, buried deep in the heart, the secret desire to stay home on the pretext easy to bad weather.

And was, in fact, there were small number of assistants material, which was not repeated at all the spiritual point of view. The house was literally full. Lit with smoky oil lamp, that Spiritist muffled large number of persons who were suffering benefited from the loving product of the meeting held by a male boxer red with thought toward the Well, there so beautifully represented by the messengers of Jesus, giving all its invigorating scent of well-being.

Having returned, the man fell asleep happy, living in the selfless wife and baby daughter in a home so poor in material goods but rich, rich peace and joy, the greatest treasure that we can aspire here on Earth, where there is still much so much pain and gnashing of teeth.

The sun came up, so radiant. The sun shone towering, spreading all over the blessings of light and life. And that modest server might make the city relaxing picnic with the family in a small woods around the city, whose atmosphere galore washed out by rain the night before.

Little did he know, however, that his side the day before, clung to an inferior spirit who wanted to harm him seriously. Would do everything for some unpleasant incident that occurred during the scheduled jamboree because he was uncomfortable in any way to see the joy of others. And this fellow sufferer was cleared away at that session and that an anonymous attendee Spiritist Center.

Empty Nostalgia

By Euzébia Noleto , January 27, 2009 1:00 am

Jorge Faleiros

Far cry from the beautiful dead son

Disaster at sea in a sumptuous Felucca ...

Sadly, the noble old lady lived in sorrow and luxury

At the foot of solar splendid old port ...

One day, the maid, in stiff discomfort,

Give him a poor waif, a skinny little puppy.

She cries, "I will not! This is bat and witch,

It has the face of the monster ugly nose and no wrong ...   "

And the lonely lady in distress impatient,

He went through the death and agreed in another life,

Searching, eager and rude, the affection of the past ...

In vain she sobbed, the lesson of destiny ...

Earth to despise the little unfortunate,

Refused, proud, son reincarnated.
